Preamble
These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations regarding the use of the website www.greekorthopaedic.gr, hereinafter referred to as «Greek Orthopaedic».

Binding force
These terms of use shall be construed to have been accepted once a visitor / user enters and browses the site of Greek Orthopaedic. Such an acceptance implies explicit, unreserved and irrevocable agreement of the visitor/user to comply with these terms.
In case of disagreement with any of the Terms, the visitor / user must leave and make no further use of the Greek Orthopaedic website by notifying the administrator thereof, should they wish so.
Greek Orthopaedic reserves the right to amend the terms of use at any time and without justification, and such amendments shall be taken into consideration only if they are made in writing and are incorporated herein. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
With this Agreement, you accept and acknowledge that the whole content of Greek Orthopaedic (documents, texts, marks, designs, images, services, electronic files, etc.) is intellectual property of the Company from the time of its publication on the Internet and, therefore, is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European Law, as well as International Conventions.
The domain name www.greekorthopaedic.gr was lawfully registered in the database of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) on 26-03-2010 under No 1506434 and the name “Greek Orthopaedic” is a lawfully registered trademark and, thus, both of them are protected under all relevant provisions of Greek and European law.
In terms of third-party intellectual and industrial property rights (e.g. collaborating websites, members or companies), their protection lies exclusively with the beneficiaries.
It is explicitly prohibited to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, issue, download, translate and modify in any way whatsoever, in whole or in part, the content of Greek Orthopaedic and the services provided therein without Company’s prior written permission.
Limitations on Liability
Greek Orthopaedic and the Company may not be held liable under any circumstances for any damage and/or for any other negative effect that may result from the access to this content and/or the use of the information and services provided therein. All content and services of Greek Orthopaedic shall be provided “as is”.
The Company does not warrant that the pages, the services, the options and the content will be provided without interruption or errors; or that these errors will be corrected.
The Company shall under no circumstances guarantee the accuracy, completeness and availability of pages and services.
Finally, no warranty shall be given by the Company that any other website or server that is made available through Greek Orthopaedic shall be provided to you without viruses or other harmful components. Visitor’s/ User’s Liability

In case a third party brings a legal action against the Company for the infringement of any of its lawful rights, which, according to the text of the Terms of Use, falls within the scope of visitor’s/user’s liability, the Company reserves the right to pursue remedies against them Along with any third-party claims, the Company reserves the right to demand compensation from the visitor/user for violating the Terms of Use and for any legal consequence arising therefrom.
In any case, by accessing and using Greek Orthopaedic, you agree that the exceptions and limitations on liability set out herein are rational and proportionate.

Applicable law and other terms
It is explicitly agreed that the Courts of Athens in Greece will be solely competent to resolve any dispute, claim, interpretation or conflict arising from or relating to these Terms of Use, by enforcing Greek law.
Greek Orthopaedic and the Company shall always seek to resolve amicably and extrajudicially any disputes that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and enforcement of these Terms of Use.
